Aparshakti Khurana is an Indian model, actor and radio jockey. He was born on 18th November 1987 in Chandigarh in Punjabi Family. He is the younger brother of Bollywood Actor Ayushmann Khurrana. His father P Khurrana is an astrologer and His mother Poonam Khurrana is M.A. in Hindi. He studied at Hansraj public school in Chandigarh. He completed his graduation in Law. He also completed his post-graduation in Mass Communications from IIMC Delhi. During his and college days he is a very creative person and he was also captain of the school cricket team. He also played in the Haryana U-19 cricket team. He also won Best Student award in the 9th standard.

After completed his college, he started doing his law practice in Delhi High Cout for Six Months. But Later he decides to become a radio jockey and he started working as a radio jockey in BIG FM in New Delhi and he also hosted a food travel show. Later he came to Mumbai to try his luck in Bollywood. He made his Bollywood debut from Manoj Bajpayee’s Saat Uchakkey in 2016 as Supporting Actor. In The Same Year he was roped in Nitesh Tiwari’s Dangal Opposite Amir Khan. This movie brock all Bollywood records and become a massive hit and His performance highly appreciated by critics and audiences. He won Most Promising Newcomer award in Star Screen Awards. He also nominated for Best Male Debut award in Filmfare Awards.

Later he has done many notable hit movies including Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Stree, Luka Chuppi and Pati, Patni Aur Woh. He is also done a Cameo appearance in his brother Ayushmann Khurrana’s Bala movie. He received national popularity from his role Stree. He won Best Actor in a Comic Role award in Lions Gold Awards for Stree.

Besides acting, he has hosted many television shows including Box Cricket League, You Have Been Warned, Super Night with Tubelight, Kanpur Wale Khuranas and Khatra Khatra Khatra. Like his brother he also multi-talented he co-Composed and Co-Written song called “IK VAARI” which was sung by Ayushmann Khurrana and Aisha Sharma. He also has written, composed, sung and acted a video song called “Kudiye Ni”.

He is married to Aakriti Ahuja in 2014. They both met at Shiamak Davar’s dance class in Chandigarh.
